ABSTRACT
A 63-year-old man who was diagnosed as cerebral infarction with diabetic foot was admitted to our hospital on April 22th, 2003. We diagnosed him constitution as Taeumin , and classified his symptom as Taeumin Liver Dryness Heat, Taeumin-Ban-Chang-Byung, and prescribed Yuldahanso-tang for cerebral infarction, gagamsodok-um for diabetic foot. During admission, we observed left side weakness, dysphasia, dizziness, ulceration of foot, and watch carefully complexion of the patient, urine and feces, thirst. Therefore the patient treated with Yuldahanso-tang, gagamsodok-um and improved in consciousness symptoms, so we report it for the better treatment.
