ABSTRACT |
There's a case of a 74-year-old male patient who was recommended urethral catheterization because of voiding problem
which is diagnosed as diabetic cystopathy. According to the Differentiation of Symptoms(辨證), we classified his situation as kidney yang deficiency(腎陽虛衰), prescribed Uchasingi-hwan(牛車腎氣丸), and treated with moxibustion and electroacupuncture. After nine days of such treatments, he started voiding himself without catheterization, and the volume of
residual urine decreased. So we report this case. |
